Our Director Dr. Palak Mehta is amongst the First Pain Physicians in Gujarat to get FIPP Degree from World Institute of Pain, USA. It is one of the highest milestones in the field of pain management. She is the 2^nd Lady in whole of India and amongst few lady pain physicians in Asia to achieve this degree.

Second Lady Doctor in INDIA to have this FIPP degree.

She completed her MD in Anaesthesiology in July,2006 from B.J.Medical college,Ahmedabad.

  First in south India (Hyderabad) to do spinal cord stimulator (pace maker) implantation on spinal cord for chronic pain.

First in India to do Percutaneous Nucleotomy at Kolkata for Slip Disc with Dr Gautam Das.

  Treated patients not from India, out side India as well.

  Educated and Trained Doctors about Pain Management from India and outside India also.

  Involved in various Research and Educational Activities.

  Conducted various camps for benefits of patients also.

• Completed clinical research project successfully.  Dissertation titled            “Evaluate Efficacy of Tramadol for treatment of Perioperative Rigors.”

• Presented PAPER on FACET JOINT ARTHROPATHY   at DARADIA PAIN CLINIC, Kolkata.
